Tita Studio / Concept campaign 01

Less someday.
More Morrow.

What if social media stopped explaining Pilates and started making you wish you were already there?

Morrow Pilates is a fictional boutique studio in Fairfield, Victoria. This independent Tita demonstration uses real local market research; it is not an executed client campaign.

Everything behind
the invitation.

This is more than a nine-post grid. Follow the real Victoria research, see how the fictional business would be repositioned, explore the actual creative assets and test the route from social interest to booking intent.

01 / Business context

A good studio.
A bigger invitation.

The reference business already has something worth choosing: intimate classes, thoughtful instructors, and real community. The marketing opportunity is to make those strengths feel as compelling online as they could feel in person.

Research reference: CIRKL Pilates, Victoria. We reviewed its publicly visible Instagram grid and website. We do not have access to its booking data or internal analytics.

Our responseHuman-first content, a clearer brand world, conversation, and a booking path that fits the promise

Research dossier / Real Victoria reference

Find the real gap.
Then make something worth seeing.

The creative response starts with observation. Below, facts about the real reference business are separated from our own interpretation and fictional recommendations.

01 / PUBLIC SOCIAL PRESENCE

Lots happening.
Not one clear story.

In the reference Instagram screenshots, instructor training, notices, outside-branded graphics, classes, pets, celebrations and studio moments coexist without a consistent visual system. This describes the visible sample, not every post ever published.

Opportunity hypothesis: help unfamiliar consumers immediately see the experience they could join.
02 / DIFFERENT BUYERS

Experts and first-timers
need different invitations.

Teacher training and specialist workshops speak to knowledgeable audiences. An interested first-time consumer is often trying to answer a very different question: “Would I enjoy this, and where do I start?”

Opportunity hypothesis: protect professional credibility while giving consumer acquisition its own clear narrative.
03 / WEBSITE COMMUNICATION

The strong parts
take work to find.

CIRKL describes personalized small classes, expertise and defined new-client options across multiple pages. At review, placeholder content was visible on the new-client page and the schedule page used confusing no-classes wording alongside class listings.

Opportunity hypothesis: simplify the mobile journey before campaign traffic arrives.
04 / EXISTING PRODUCT STRENGTH

Something genuinely
worth selling.

The published offer includes Reformer classes capped at four people and options for people without prerequisites, including Reformer Fundamentals and Mindful Mat. Other classes can require introductory private sessions.

Opportunity hypothesis: make personal attention the differentiator, and direct people to suitable entry classes.

Evidence boundary

Publicly observable communication ≠ proof of low sales or weak marketing performance. We did not access CIRKL analytics, its full Instagram analytics, or its internal booking records.

Creative benchmarks — studied, never copied

The common thread isn't a colour palette.
It's that you want to be there.

Scout Studios

Instructor characters, student stories, inviting spaces, community culture and recognizable editorial features.

Pvolve Victoria

Humour, local faces, relatable effort, participation and everyday reasons to show up.

Pvolve Seattle

Visible trial offers, trainer profiles, local partnerships and practical conversion cues.

02 / The commercial diagnosis

People don't fall for timetables.
They fall for possibilities.

The before / observed opportunity

Useful information.
Not enough invitation.

The visible reference grid mixes teacher training, announcements, events, and community snapshots in inconsistent formats. On the website, beginner pathways require attention to understand. These are public communication observations—not evidence of poor commercial results.

The after / Tita's concept

A place you can
picture yourself.

People in motion. Instructor banter. The walk to class. The small win of showing up. A few genuinely useful answers—and a clear path to an appropriate first session when someone is ready.

Concept transparency: Morrow, its people, imagery, and campaign are fictional; CIRKL has not engaged or endorsed Tita. The “before” draws on public observations and the “after” is a proposed creative transformation, not a measured before-and-after result.

Customer insight → positioning → art direction

Make people want in.
Then make starting easy.

The first job of content is not to recite reasons Pilates is good for you. It's to show a place worth visiting, a routine worth making time for and people who make you feel welcome.

Person 01 / The aspirational beginner

“I've been meaning
to try that.”

They like the idea of Pilates but keep saving videos instead of choosing a class. Desire comes from a recognizable lifestyle: an enjoyable morning, a little pride, a social routine. Reassurance follows when they need it.

Message: You don't need a whole new life. Start with a morning.
Person 02 / The routine seeker

“I want something
I'll actually enjoy.”

They care about instruction and a comfortable environment, not just an aesthetic. Personal attention, small-group energy and showing up consistently are more convincing than an impossible fitness transformation.

Message: Thoughtful instruction, people you like, your own pace.
THE CORE BUSINESS PROMISE

Movement that meets you where you are.

Four-person classes and personalized guidance are tangible proof. The content makes their everyday value visible.

TERRITORY A / DESIRE

Less someday.
More Morrow.

Weekday rituals, small wins, laughing with other people, feeling good about actually going.

TERRITORY B / REASSURANCE

Come as you are.

Instructor personalities, first-time questions, understandable options, real people learning.

Morrow's social identity

Recognizable.
Not rehearsed.

Human photography first. Occasional playful text. Natural light, genuine movement, different ages and personalities. No logo on every post, no compulsory slogan, no need for everyone to look like a fitness model.

Forest green · Warm ivory · Clay coral · Soft sage · Charcoal. Editorial serif for selective statements; simple sans serif for legible information.

03 / The idea

Not another perfect Pilates feed.
A little more life.

Your first class. Your favourite instructor. That post-class coffee. The jokes in between.

Lifestyle moments around a morning Pilates routine

04 / A feed worth following

More "I want in."
Less "please book now."

Tap any post to see the creative idea and caption. Swipe through the two educational carousels.

05 / Stories that feel like Stories

Get to know us
before you come.

Not a dozen sales graphics. Little moments from the day, an instructor who feels approachable, real questions, and an invitation that arrives when you're ready.

06 / Make joining feel easy

From "love this"
to "see you there."

When someone comments START or replies to a Story, the conversation should feel just as human as the content that brought them in. Try the sample DM on the right.

A beginner can ask a question, explore a small-group starting point, or request more individualized guidance. The next page keeps the same tone and takes them toward the relevant booking option.

The customer journey fix

Same promise.
One clear destination.

Before / reference-informed friction: new visitors may need to piece together class prerequisites, scheduling information and which introductory choice suits them.

After / Morrow demonstration: DM guidance sends visitors to a mobile Start Here page. Beginner group and private introduction are separate decisions, connecting onward to the business's actual booking provider.

Measurement honesty: UTM visits and outbound scheduling clicks can be recorded; completed first-session bookings require client-side booking data or a supported integration.

07 / Measure what matters

Beyond likes.
Toward showing up.

We'd report on the entire journey, not pretend that a strong-looking feed automatically produces customers.

DiscoveryLocal reach, non-follower exposure, profile interest
ConnectionMeaningful replies, saves, shares, qualified DMs
IntentIntro-page visits, link clicks, booking-path selections
Confirmed actionFirst-class bookings only when reconciled with real booking records

Tita's separate sample report uses fictional four-week numbers to illustrate the reporting method. None of those figures are CIRKL or Tita campaign results. Booking clicks are not completed appointments without the booking platform's data.

What would we
actually report?

This four-week dataset demonstrates how we'd follow the relationship between discovery, interest, clicking to book and bookings that the business can verify. It is not CIRKL or Tita performance.

Illustrative tagged page sessions total 510; channels depend on working UTMs and link tagging.

Efficiency, interpreted carefully

29.6% of landing sessions led to a booking-link click.

151 clicks ÷ 510 sessions. This is intent, not proof that an appointment occurred.

3.5% modelled bookings ÷ landing sessions.

The 18 bookings are invented to show where actual booking-system reconciliation would be required.

What Tita would improve next

  1. Identify which human-led post concepts generated qualified site sessions, not just saves.
  2. Review whether first-time visitors choose group or private more often, and what questions appear in DMs.
  3. Check page drop-offs on mobile and remove redundant clicks.
  4. Promote only eligible class sessions that genuinely have capacity.

* Morrow is fictional; the entire four-week dataset, including reach, sessions, booking clicks and 18 modelled first bookings, was invented to illustrate reporting methodology. No outcomes are attributed to CIRKL Pilates, Scout Studios, Pvolve or any real client.

The Tita service model

Not a reveal.
A rhythm.

This is how the fictional campaign translates into an ongoing social-led customer acquisition service—not a one-off rebrand or a content dump.

01

Capture desire

Monthly on-location capture. Personalities, movement, local moments and recurring social concepts—made for a real, imperfect feed.

02

Publish and engage

Consistent publishing, selected Stories, appropriate responses in agreed windows, community interaction and an approved DM flow.

03

Connect and improve

Keep the first-class CTA and social-to-website path clear; read outcomes and questions; refine the next month based on evidence.

Optional, separately scoped

A limited one-time conversion setup can improve one editable page and basic tracking. The previously discussed CAD $500 is a working price hypothesis, not a promise of a full rebuild or guaranteed integration.

Method and evidence notes

Real research.
Clearly fictional work.

What is real

CIRKL's publicly accessible service descriptions, certain beginner requirements and a real Victoria neighbourhood. Public Instagram screenshots were reviewed as a visible sample. Scout and Pvolve were creative benchmarks.

What Tita created

Morrow's name, positioning, imagery, fictional people, nine-post grid, 11 carousel slides, 12 Story frames, 10 conversion screens, clickable demonstration, and illustrative report.

What is not claimed

No client engagement, authorization or endorsement by the referenced brands; no verified booking lift; no live Instagram or booking-system integrations; no measured campaign results.

Keep the full records

Read it. Explore it. Share it.

The on-page case study is the primary experience. The 16-page PDF and 3-page fictional report remain available as portable reference materials.
