Tita.
What if a café's social presence gave people a reason to stay, return and bring someone along?

The research question wasn't how to make another latte look appetizing. It was how to communicate everything that happens around the cup and give someone a reason to choose this particular café.
We reviewed publicly visible Victoria café social accounts and studied social-first hospitality brands. Some local feeds devote substantial attention to pastries, drinks, craft and events. Our opportunity is to test what changes when people, atmosphere and a sense of belonging become the story.
This is a proposed marketing hypothesis, not proof that any researched café lacks loyal customers or has underperformed.
A fictional Old Town café presents its pastries, specialty drinks and programme as separate announcements. Visitors can see what's available but may not picture themselves spending time there.
The brand invites people into recognizable moments: the overdue catch-up, the window seat, knowing your usual, and the evening nobody planned to stay for.
Three everyday situations become distinct reasons to visit. These are creative hypotheses, not findings from original consumer research.
The catch-upTwo friends finally meet. The conversation runs long, and the coffee becomes the setting for a story.
A corner of your ownIt's raining in Victoria. There's a seat by the window, a book and somewhere to enjoy being alone.
The unplanned eveningSame familiar place, warmer lights, music and a different kind of company.
A little corner of the city, for all your kinds of days.
Half Past is conceived as a lively, approachable, all-day café in Victoria's Old Town. Editorial photography meets the spontaneity of someone's camera roll. No manufactured perfection and no constant preaching about mindfulness.
An expressive colour system supports the storytelling without stamping graphics onto every image.

Familiar faces, baristas, friends, small acts of hospitality.
Old Town character, rainy afternoons, natural daylight and night-time warmth.
Coffee and food remain enticing but are part of the day, not the only story.
Nine posts with different jobs: desire, local discovery, staff personality, the food itself, a quiet moment and the after-dark energy. Open each tile to see its story and caption. Play symbols designate Reel cover concepts, not completed videos.
9 finished feed images. Three are still-image Reel concepts. Click any tile to view it individually.
A swipeable story about what makes people linger. More relatable than a list of five reasons to love our coffee.

A small story that starts with coffee and ends somewhere else.
“We have a theory that a quick coffee is never really a quick coffee. What usually makes you stay a little longer?”

Choose to come alone, catch up with someone, or see the café after dark. Explore the sample visit hub, try the directions and save actions, then see what Tita can actually measure. It is a live interactive demonstration, not a real map, POS system or customer booking.
A café visit doesn't need a complicated funnel. A great moment catches someone's eye. A welcoming place becomes the plan. Finding it should take seconds.
You noticed a place where a quick coffee becomes a whole afternoon.
People, rituals and atmosphere make the café attractive before details are needed.
Hours, offerings and directions are accessible without making customers message an account.
We can observe actions such as directions requests without claiming that they resulted in a visit.
Confirmed purchases and repeat visits require the café's actual systems or research.
Illustrative, not a functioning café website. Menu, hours, location and click events are fictional examples. No live navigation or sale occurs.
The following figures are a fictional four-week illustration of how we'd monitor a social-to-visit campaign. They are not achieved performance for Half Past or any real Victoria café.
* Reach is summed across weeks, not deduplicated unique monthly reach.
These actions may overlap. They do not establish unique customers, walk-ins, purchases or return visits.
Read the full sample report ↗Test a recurring staff-led series, make the after-dark experience easier to discover, keep hours and menu details verified, and only evaluate actual sales or loyalty using defensible transaction or customer evidence.
We make the experience desirable, the business discoverable, and the next step easy. Then we measure the signals honestly and keep improving what we create.
This is independently developed concept work. Half Past is fictional. No local business commissioned this campaign and no customer visits, purchases, engagement outcomes or loyalty improvements are claimed.
